About us
The coaches of the attraction bureau are Miikka Huhta and Visa Myllyntaus, attraction consultant and in-house expert.
As his day job Miikka works as a director of employee experience and communications at leading Nordic communications agency Miltton. Visa is an HR Business Partner at the Nordics 3rd biggest retail company K-group.
Before founding the attraction bureau we wrote a book on employer branding and employee experience and continue that work by helping organisations to become better employers and communicators. The frameworks and tools from the book are the basis for the work we do but we have further developed them at our day jobs and through the Attraction Bureau projects.

We wrote the first book that has holistic point of view to employer attractiveness. The book covers the principles for researching, building, managing and developing a better workplace and employer image. The handbook, which is strongly based on theory, provides learning, inspiration and tools for both those who work on the topics and those who are just interested in what it takes to become an attractive workplace.
The book was published in 2021 in Finnish by Alma Talent.
English version coming out in 2023.
